At Visiontech we do our best to suit your needs.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

FREIGHT POLICY

  • Orders over $1000 net will recieve FREE GROUND shipping when noted on the Purchase Order (P.O.)
  • Orders over $1500 net will recieve FREE 3-DAY shipping when noted on the P.O.
  • Orders over $2000 net will recieve FREE BLUE shipping when noted on the P.O.
  • Visiontech reserves the right to choose a shipping method. If the distributor designates another method of shipping the distributor is responsible for difference in freight costs.
  • US ONLY Freight Policies apply to US customers only

SAME DAY SHIPMENTS

  • For same day shipping, purchase orders must be recieved by 12:30 PST, 1:30 MST or 3:30 EST. Orders recieved after that time may not be shipped depending on the workload conditions for that day.

NOTE: For FED EX overnight shipments, the purchase order MUST be recieved by 12 noon PST. UPS RED must be recieved by 10:00AM PST

Orders will be shipped "partial" if an item requested is on back order and the remaining items are in stock, unless otherwise requested.

BACK ORDERS

  • In the event of a back order, Visiontech will contact customer via fax, email, or phone regarding the pending back order situation.

STOCK ROTATION

Visiontech will accept merchandise which is considered to be non-moving product by the distributor if:

  1. The merchandise is in new salable condition in an unopened box.
  2. The distributor calls Visiontech for a Return Authorization (RA).
  3. The distributor sends an accompanying Purchase Order for the same amount of the RA.
  4. Any equipment which is not "New Salable", will be returned to the distributor.
  5. Visiontech reserves the right to determine what is "New Salable" merchandise.
  6. This benifit will be allowed once per quarter.

CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON DAMAGED OR MODIFIED PRODUCTS

BAD OUT OF BOX

  • Visiontech will recieve from the distributor "bad out of box" product for over the counter replacement, with the following requirements:
  1. All product must be checked (tested on a monitor) by an employee of the distributor to verify that the equipment is actually bad product.
  2. Customer must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form on our website: http://www.visiontechintl.com/ra.html
    Visiontech will then contact customers, and if qualified, fax an RMA.
  3. The merchandise is returned at the expense of the distributor.
  4. No damaged merchandise will be accepted. This includes cut wires, damged housings, and misused or modified product .
  5. Visiontech reserves the right to discontinue policy to any distributor who is not following the Bad Out of Box procedure.
  6. We understand, from time to time special circumstances arise, please contact your sales representative when such cases occurs for more details.

WARRANTY

Visiontech offers a 4-Year warranty: 1-Year plus an additional 3-Year with completed Warranty Card. Warranty Card must be completed and sent to visiontech within 30 days of purchase.

EXCLUDING
All Infrared type cameras, Hard Drives, & LCDs which carry a 1 year warranty. DVR’s NO HDD’s 2 year warranty.

RMA

Customer must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form on our website: RMA REQUEST FORM Visiontech will then contact customers, and if qualified, fax an RMA.

  • Any product returned to Visiontech without RMA will be promptly sent back to customer.
  • Any product returned to Visiontech without RMA number clearly printed on outside of package will be promptly sent back to customer.
