Visiontech warrants to the original consumer, purchaser or user of this product that this product shall be free
from defects in materials & workmanship, under normal use & conditions, for a period of one (1) year
from the date of purchase, or five (5) years with the return of this completed warranty card. If this product fails to
conform to the foregoing warranty at any time within such one (1) or five (5) year period, as applicable, you should
contact your supplier for a return authorization & shipping instructions. Upon receipt of a defective product
covered by this warranty, Visiontech will at its option and as your sole remedy, repair or replace this product with
Visiontech’s then current version of such product. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused
by or resulting from (a) accident, neglect, abuse, or acts of God (including lightning); (b) unauthorized repair or
modification of the product; or (c) failure to install or use the product in accordance with the instructions therefore
or use of this product other than for its intended purposes. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY,
VISIONTECH MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES AGAINST NON-INFRINGMENT OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. In any case, Visiontech’s total liability arising in any manner in connection with this
product shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price paid by the original consumer and in no event shall
Visiontech be liable for any incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages, including, without limitation,
loss of time, inconvenience or loss of use of this product.
Warranty Excludes: DVR Hard Drives, Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras,
IR illuminator cameras which carry the standard (one) 1 year warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. So the above limitations or exclusions may
not specifically apply to you or your situation. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Warranty Card must be completed and sent back to Visiontech within 30 days of purchase to validate the four (4) year warranty.
DISCLOSURE
Visiontech reserves the right to modify, change, or omit any policy without notice.
