At Visiontech we do our best to suit your needs.
PAYMENT TERMS
3%, 10 days net 30 on approved and qualified accounts. We also offer payment by Visa, Master Card, C.O.D., Cashiers Check and prepayment with good funds in advance of shipment. No other discounts apply. Visiontech reserves the right to hold all new orders until past due balances are paid in full.
FREIGHT POLICY
- Orders over $2500 net sales will receive FREE GROUND shipping when noted on the Purchase Order (P.O.). OVER NIGHT or 2-Day service customer pays the difference between the GROUND shipping when noted on the P. O.
- Orders over $6000 net will receive FREE 3-DAY shipping when noted on the P.O. OVER NIGHT or 2-Day service customer pays the difference between the 3-DAY shipping when noted on the P. O.
- Visiontech reserves the right to choose a shipping method. If the customer designates another method of shipping the customer is responsible for difference in freight costs.
Freight Policies apply to US customers only
- Export customers pay ALL Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
*Free shipping policy DOES NOT include All Extension Cables, DVR's, PTZ accessories, or Monitors FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING : purchase orders must be received by 12:30 PST, 1:30 MST or 3:30 EST. Orders received after that time may not be shipped depending on the workload conditions for that day.
FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS : For FED EX overnight shipments, the purchase order MUST be received by 1:00pm PST. For UPS overnight shipments, the purchase order must be received by 11:00 am PST
Orders will be shipped "partial" if an item requested is on back order and the remaining items are in stock, unless otherwise requested.
BACK ORDERS
- In the event of a back order, Visiontech will contact customer via fax, email, or phone regarding the pending back order situation. We will ship the available items and back order the balance. As soon as items are available we will ship unless the back ordered is canceled in writing.
BAD OUT OF BOX
Visiontech will receive from the customer "bad out of box" product for over the counter replacement, with the following requirements:
- All product must be checked (tested on a monitor) by an employee of the customer to verify that the equipment is actually bad product.
- Customer must complete a Return Authorization (RA) form on our website: RA Request
Visiontech will then contact customers, and if qualified, fax or email a RA.- The merchandise is returned at the expense of the customer.
- No damaged merchandise will be accepted. This includes cut wires, damaged housings, and misused or modified product.
- Visiontech reserves the right to discontinue policy to any customer who is not following the Bad Out of Box procedure.
- We understand, from time to time special circumstances arise, please contact your sales representative when such cases occurs for more details.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Customer must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) form on our website: RA REQUEST FORM Visiontech will then contact customers, and if qualified, fax or email a RA.
- Any product returned to Visiontech without RA number clearly printed on outside of package will be refused and returned to customer.
- Out of warranty products will be charged an evaluation fee. Repair cost, if applicable, will be determined after the product is reviewed by a qualified Visiontech Technician.
- Products returned with missing or damaged packaging will be charged accordingly.
- Any discounted item will not qualify for credit or exchange.
- Visiontech will use the lowest current, past or discounted price for all credits issued.
- Products returned for Credit may be subject up to a 15% restocking fee for handling and repacking.
If you an END-USER or did not purchase these products directly from VISIONTECH
Please contact your supplier for a RA to return your products.
WARRANTY
Visiontech warrants to the original consumer, purchaser or user of this product that this product shall be free from defects in materials & workmanship, under normal use & conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, with the return of this completed warranty card within 30 days of purchase to validate the five (5) year warranty on non-IR Cameras or three (3) years on IR Cameras. If this product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty at any time within such five (5) year or three (3) year period, as applicable, you should contact your supplier for a return authorization & shipping instructions. Upon receipt of a defective product covered by this warranty, Visiontech will at its option and as your sole remedy, repair or replace this product with Visiontech’s then current version of such product. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by or resulting from (a) accident, neglect, abuse, or acts of God (including lightning); (b) unauthorized repair or modification of the product; or (c) failure to install or use the product in accordance with the instructions therefore or use of this product other than for its intended purposes. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, VISIONTECH MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY/CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THESE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN ANY CASE, VISIONTECH’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING IN ANY MANNER IN CONNECTION WITH THESE PRODUCTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER AND IN NO EVENT SHALL VISIONTECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR CORRUPTION OF THESE ITEMS. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. VISIONTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, DOWNTIME AND USER’S TIME OR FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY RELATED TO THESE PRODUCTS.
Warranty for other products: DVR Two (2) Years, PLC/IP cameras (2) year warranty, IR Illuminator cameras (3) years with the return of a competed warranty card or (1) year without completed warranty card, One (1) Year on the following: Hard Drives Visiontech cannot be held responsible for data loss from this product arising as a result of damage to this product., Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras,
Warranty Card must be completed and sent back to Visiontech with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase to validate the five (5) year warranty on non-IR cameras or (3) year warranty on IR Illuminator cameras.
